General Information
◦ The Artist reserves the right to deny any commission for any reason without explanation.
◦ The Artist refuses ANY & ALL NFT / AI (Artificial Intelligence) / Crypto.
◦ The Artists work is prohibited to be used in any exploitive practices or training
◦ The Client is allowed to post the Commission piece but The Client needs to credit The Artist if it is posted on any Social Media Website.
◦ The Artist retains all rights to post on any of their Social Media, Galleries, Sell Prints, Merchandise and Publications UNLESS it is Private Commission.
◦ The Artist retains all rights to Livestream / Record / Display these Commissions / Artwork UNLESS it is a Private Commission.Payment
◦ All Commissions are to be paid 100% upfront.
◦ No work will begin until Payment is received.Refunding
Commissions are non-refundable.
Exceptions to this:
◦ The Artist can not start the Commission for whatever reason and is not obligated to provide a reason.
◦ The Artist can not provide or finish the Commission for whatever reason and is not obligated to provide a reason.
◦ The Artist reserves the right to cancel a Commission if The Client is unable to comply with or breaks any Terms Of Service.
◦ By breaking Terms of Service, The Client waives their right to a refund and will be blacklisted.Final Disclaimer
By submitting a Commission Form you hereby Agree & Understand all Terms in this T.O.S. Breaking this Terms Of Service (T.O.S) will result in being Blacklisted from The Artist's Services.

◦ Depending on the complexities: background, character outfit, character headpiece, tattoos, jewlery, character item, etc. the Commission may be slightly higher than the price listed.Providing for the Commission:
The Client will need to provide:
◦ Color Pallette
◦ If it will be Multicharactered or not (May effect pricing).
◦ Refrences of either Characters, Loved ones, Self, or OCs.
* I can make OCs based on descriptions, but prefer not to.
◦ Google Docs, Canva Boards, Pinterest Boards, etc are welcome!
* Just make sure that the Artist, Mothie has access to it.
Canvas Size (See down below at Service Info for more information).Service Info:
◦ I will be frequently updating the Client on the progress of the Illustration, but the main stages of updating will be: Sketch / Lineart, Base coloring, and Fully Rendered.
◦ There will be up to 5, free of charge, changes to the Illustration.
* However, after the Sketch / Lineart is completed, The Client will not be able to request a pose change.
◦ Changes to the illustrations will include: Color Pallette, Outfit, Pose, and Extra Editing onto the Illustration.
* For Example, a cool colored filter ontop of the illustration would also come with the Original Illustration.
◦ After the 5th Change has been completed, There will be an Extra $10 onto the Base Price + Complexity Price.
◦ The Client will be reciving High Quality Illustrations with an Unsigned and Signed version of the Illustration.
◦ If the Client chooses to post about the Illustration online, The Client will need to credit the Artist, which is Mothie.
◦ Private Commissions will be double the price of the base prices shown.
◦ Canvas Size are usually 6000px x 4000px. If the Client wishes to have a bigger Canvas Size or a smaller Canvas Size, then it may effect the pricing of the Illustration.Important + Extra Info:
◦ If the Client has any questions about anything, feel free to ask me! I hope I can provide a safe, chillaxed space where people are not fearful to ask questions.
If any scenario comes up where I cannot finish a commission in a certain amount of time that has been set, there will be a full refund. I usually finish within a week but if I cannot finish within 1-2 months, then there will be a refund if I am not working on the Illustration.
